Shipping policy
Shipping operations are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Business days may change during the year-end/New Year holidays and long holiday periods.
Delivery may be delayed due to high order volume, peak seasons for carriers, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
■ Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Shipping within Japan is free of charge.
Orders are shipped via Nekopos, a mailbox delivery service.
Please note that delivery date and time cannot be specified.
*Nekopos is a Yamato Transport service that delivers small parcels at the same speed as standard courier services.
*If multiple items or large items are purchased, shipping may be handled by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express instead.
Estimated Shipping Schedule
Orders placed on business days before 12:15 PM → Shipped the same day
Orders placed on business days after 12:15 PM, Sundays, or public holidays → Shipped the next business day
Delivery is typically made the day after shipment, with an additional 1 day for remote areas or islands.
■ International Shipping
International shipping at MYNUS ONLINE STORE is available exclusively via EMS (Express Mail Service) operated by Japan Post.
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region. Please check the shipping cost at checkout.
Orders will be shipped within 7 days after order confirmation, in principle.

● Important Information Regarding EMS Shipping (Please Read Carefully)
EMS is an international postal service operated by Japan Post, and deliveries are handed over to the local postal service in the destination country.
It is not a private courier service such as DHL or FedEx.
1. Tracking Your Shipment
After your order has been shipped, an automatic shipping confirmation email will be sent, including:
- Your EMS tracking number / A link to the Japan Post tracking page
Please note that detailed delivery information after arrival in the destination country may not always appear on the Japan Post website.
In such cases, we recommend checking the official website of your local postal service using the same tracking number, where more detailed delivery or holding status may be available.
2. Notice Regarding Delivery Attempts, Storage, and Returns
For international shipments, the following situations may occur depending on local postal practices:
- No delivery notice is left
- Automatic re-delivery is not attempted
- The parcel is held at the local post office for a limited period and then returned without prior notice
In such cases, the parcel may be returned to Japan at the discretion of the local postal service, and we are unable to prevent this.
If the tracking status shows “Delivery Attempted,” “Held at Post Office,” or similar messages,
we strongly recommend contacting your local post office directly as soon as possible.
● Re-shipment and Refund Policy
If a parcel is returned due to customer absence, refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, or an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
Please note that refunds are not provided in such cases.
● Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
