What payment methods are available?

This is a payment service provided by Shopify, which we use, and once you register, you will not have to enter your credit card information or address next time.

Payment will be confirmed when you order the product.

The display and available payment methods may vary depending on the browser, device type, region, or country.

I haven't received an order confirmation email.

An "order confirmation email" is usually sent immediately after placing an order, but if you have not received it, please contact us using the inquiry form. If you have not received the email, there may have been a typo in the email address you registered, or your email software may have mistaken it for spam or virus email. Also, if the email address you registered is from a mobile phone carrier, it may not be delivered due to spam filters, so we recommend registering a PC address. If you are using a mobile phone address, please make sure that it is set up to receive emails from the "@mynus.jp" domain. You can change your email address from "Change Member Registration Details" on your My Page.

Can you issue a receipt?

This will be enclosed with the delivered product as a "delivery note and package details (receipt)."

If you would like an invoice-compatible receipt, please contact us using the inquiry form .

Can I change/cancel my order?

As shipping procedures are automatically initiated immediately after your order is placed, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order.

Can I pre-order?

Sorry, but we do not accept pre-orders for products.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Frequently asked questions about products

Compatible smartphone models

Because it is a very expensive product, it is only compatible with a limited number of models (approximately 1-2 models per year).


I can't attach a case

Please check that you have the correct compatible model. The model name is listed under iOS Settings > About.

The case cannot be attached if a rear camera protective glass or other protective material is attached.

If you are unable to install the product properly for reasons other than those described above, please refer to the HELP page.


Please tell me how to clean the case and remove any dirt.

We recommend wiping with water or a cloth soaked in neutral detergent. You can also use commercially available alcohol disinfectant wipes, but please refrain from using undiluted alcohol.


Can I attach a strap card?

The case is tightly constructed and is not designed for such use, so you cannot attach a strap card.
