FLIP UP WALLET HELP
Before using FLIP UP WALLET for the first time
Please make sure to gently fold your wallet initially to help it develop its crease properly.
The FLIP UP WALLET is designed to open by deforming along the creases. By deforming it correctly and creating firm creases in the leather, it becomes easier to open.
This completes the process of creating creases.
First, squeeze and open the fold several times without fastening the elastic. If it does not open smoothly, crease it more firmly. Next, squeeze and open the fold again with the elastic fastened, and crease it further if necessary.
- At first, the leather will be stiff and taut, so the bend you created may go back to its original shape. If this happens, try recreating the crease.
How to open FLIP UP WALLET
One handed flip up, crush it with all your might!
1. One-handed opening
Squeeze the wallet to flip up the lid and open it. With the elastic closed, grab the side of the coin compartment, slightly below the elastic, and squeeze firmly.
Once you have made the creases as described above, you will have a good idea of how much you need to squeeze to open it properly, but you will need to hold it quite firmly. Looking at it from the back, hold the side at the height where the creases intersect, and it will deform nicely and the lid will open.
- The lid of the wallet also doubles as the coin purse lid. Be sure to hold it upright when opening and closing it to prevent coins from spilling out.
- If you put in a lot of bills, the wallet will become harder due to the thickness, so you will need more force to open it, or the plastic sheet may not be able to withstand it and it may not open properly. A good rule of thumb is about 10 bills. If you need to put in more bills, use both hands to open it without forcing it.
2. Two-handed opening method
When you open the wallet, the elastic strap that secures it automatically releases, making it easy to open with both hands. You can take out your money with the same hand you opened the wallet with, so this method is also quick and easy to pay with.
How to use FLIP UP WALLET
Once you get the hang of it, you can make payments quickly.
- By lightly squeezing the side part where you take out the coins, the walls around the coin pocket will stand up, making it harder for the coins to spill out. First, squeeze the side part slightly. Next, tilt the wallet to take out the coins and spread them out in the coin pocket. When closing the wallet, first return the coins to the coin storage compartment, then close the lid.
- Inserting and Removing Bills Please insert bills between the coin pocket and the thin sheet. It is easier to insert bills if you bend them slightly. To remove bills, simply pull them out quickly. You can also pull them out with the elastic band closed.
- Card storage (Plus model only) The card pocket has a partition between them, allowing you to store two cards. *Please make sure that cards with raised letters are placed with the raised side facing the front of the wallet. Please note that if you leave the card in the wallet for a long time, the raised shape will be transferred to the leather.
