IPHONE CASE HELP

How to fix a gap if one appears

Here's how to fix a gap between your iPhone and its case.

Because it is made of thin and flexible material,
It may become bent and develop a habit,
You can fix it by removing the case and bending it slightly inwards.

Remove the case and push the sides inward with your fingers.

Press it several times to fold the sides inward.

If there are gaps on the top or bottom, do the same thing there.

Make sure the case edge line is on the inside.

If the edges of the case extend even slightly outward when you remove it, there will be a gap between it and the iPhone, so make sure the edges are tilted inward slightly.

How to attach and remove the case

Because it is a very thin and tight fitting case,
If you put it on or take it off incorrectly, it may not be possible to put it on or take it off, or it may become scratched or deformed.
There is a trick to doing this, so we will show you how with videos and diagrams.

How to wear

First, slide the top left button sideways into the hole in the case.

Next, insert the top right button while slightly spreading the edges of the case with your fingers.

Once the top is inside the case, press down on each of the bottom corners.

*It will be easier to insert the iPhone if you press the corners inward.

How to remove

Place the EASY REMOVER so that the bottom corner aligns with the marked line.

*For EASY REMOVER, you can use a mouse pad, a small folded tissue, or anything else that is non-slip and unlikely to scratch the surface.

Use your thumb to push diagonally downwards to remove the corner. Repeat for the other corner. It's OK if it comes off just a little.

Hold the top of the iPhone firmly, and with your other hand grasp the bottom of the case and slide it off.

[Note]

  • If you force it on, the buttons or corners of the device may get caught and the edges of the case may become deformed.
  • If you try to remove it forcibly using your fingernails, it may leave marks on the case. Be sure to use the included "EASY REMOVER" or a towel to remove it.
  • "EASY REMOVER" is not included with iPhone 11 Pro/11/XS/SE cases, which are made of different materials.

Regarding the cut at the bottom of the case

To make it easier to remove the case, the Lightning connector at the bottom of the case has a slit.

*If the Lightning connector is bent outward, you can fix it by removing the case and bending it in the opposite direction. (Please be careful not to bend it so hard that it breaks.)
